Rewards Your Way

Dear Customer, We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our Rewards Your Way website. As a result, you may be unable to access your reward points and other card information via the platform. Please note however, that your credit card and reward points remain unaffected.

We are working with our service provider to resolve the issue in the shortest possible time and will update you as soon as operations are back to normal.

Transfer Points

CAN I TRANSFER OR COMBINE POINTS?

Yes.


If you are the principal cardholder on more than one FGB Rewards Credit Card account, you can request the Bank to consolidate, convert, exchange, combine, transfer or roll-up your accumulated Points to redeem the Rewards of your choice.


But this is subject to the Bank’s approval.


You can also request that Points you earn be transferred to another Credit Card holder’s Account. This too, is subject to the Bank’s approval.
