RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If a Reward item is defective, damaged or delivered to you in error, you should notify FGB and return the item to the merchant within five (5) days.


The Bank will credit your Rewards Account by the number of Points redeemed for the item, on receipt of confirmation from the Participating Retailer/Merchant that the item was returned and that the basis for returning the item was reasonable.


Some Rewards such as Gift Certificates, however, cannot be returned once redeemed.
